A Visit from the Governor General

The Governor General came to speak about his job and learning and said to read read and read for life so do that. The kapa haka was very good and showed the pride values. Utane, Nga Iwi, Poi Waiata were the 3 songs they sang. Getting ready for it was so hard.I'm so glad the Governor General came. The man was very nice to us and has Indian and Fiji in him.He visited the year 6's.We presented him with a piece of pounamu. His wife was very nice and was called Lady Susan. The Governor General represents the Queen.
